Job summary

PDS Health seeks a Dental Biller to handle electronic claim submissions and mail correspondence. You will gather information, print and process claims, and maintain accurate billing notes. Strong attention to detail and customer service are essential.

The role includes handling lab claims, weekly reporting, and coordination with auditors to ensure compliant, timely payments. An on-site position in Irving, TX with benefits is available.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school level education (GED acceptable).
• Dental billing experience preferred (minimum 2 years in a dental setting).
• Experience with EPIC and customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Print claims daily and mail when required.
• Request missing information from offices to bill accurately.
• Send out claims, document billing notes, and process email requests.
• Print and fix electronic claims reports for submission.
• Submit all re-submittals and bill lab claims with lab slips.
• Generate weekly unbilled-insurance reports.
• Process attachments through NEA and coordinate with auditors.
