Job summary

KOS Services LLC / Dental Dreams seeks a motivated Dental Billing Specialist to manage insurance and patient balances, submit claims, post payments, and reconcile accounts. This fully onsite role requires dental billing experience and knowledge of dental codes to ensure accurate billing across our clinics.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment; commuting to our Chicago office five days a week.

• Able to commute to downtown Chicago Office 5 days/week.
• Knowledge of dental codes and/or dental insurance.
• Preferred: Knowledge of accounts receivables and insurance policies/benefits.
• Experienced in full dental billing cycle

The Role

We are seeking motivated Dental Billing Specialists. The role is responsible for collecting balances and account reconciliations of insurance and patient balances. Daily responsibilities include insurance billing, data entry, and tracking payments for our clinics. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and administrative skills and excel at multi-tasking. In addition, previous experience and knowledge of dental codes/insurance is required to succeed in this role. We prefer those who have worked first-hand in dental clinics and/or those who have previous dental billing/collections experience.

This is a fully onsite role at our corporate office in Chicago - we are in office 5 days/week - (located on Clark & Kinzie in River North).
