Job summary

Complete Dental Staffing, LLC, Inc. is seeking a Dental Billing Professional for its Fitchburg-based central billing office. The role focuses on behind-the-scenes billing with no patient-facing duties.

You will manage and submit insurance claims, resolve claims issues, audit accounts, and liaise with clinics via email. A 6–12 month dental setting background and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

Based in our central billing office in Fitchburg, this role allows you to use your expertise behind the scenes, without face-to-face patient interaction.

As a Dental Biller, your day-to-day will involve:

• Managing and submitting insurance claims using Denticon (Planet DDS) software
• Resolving claims issues and auditing patient accounts
• Handling incoming calls from patients to address statement inquiries
• Collaborating via email with our partnered dental clinics

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 6 months to a year of experience in a dental setting, whether clinical or administrative
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clinics and patients
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
