Job summary

Reynolds Mountain Dentistry in Asheville, NC seeks an Associate Dentist to join our fee-for-service practice focused on clinical excellence and patient trust. You will deliver a full range of general dentistry with time for thoughtful care and patient education.

We value mentorship, autonomy, and a technology-forward environment including CEREC, in-house 3D printing, guided implant surgery, and digital workflows. North Carolina licensure or eligibility required.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD with active North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)
• Demonstrated proficiency across general dentistry procedures
• Strong communication skills and compassion
• Experience with practice management software (Eaglesoft)
• Clinical strengths: implant placement, clear aligners, intraoral scanning, CEREC design and milling

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic imaging
• Deliver a full range of general dentistry: cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, prosthodontics
• Take on advanced procedures including implants and guided bone regeneration
• Educate patients on prevention and long-term oral health
• Collaborate with team and maintain professional chairside manner
