Job description

Associate Dentist

Reynolds Mountain Dentistry | Asheville, North Carolina

A Different Kind of Practice

Reynolds Mountain Dentistry is a fee-for-service (FFS) practice built on a simple conviction: exceptional dentistry begins with the time and attention we give each patient. We are not contracted with any insurance company. We file claims as a courtesy, but insurance never dictates what we recommend clinical judgment does. That freedom is the foundation of everything we do, and it is what lets our team practice the kind of dentistry most clinicians wish they could.

We care for patients twelve and up, with a primarily adult population and the occasional younger patient. We invest in our craft and our tools CEREC design and same-day milling, in-house 3D printing, guided implant surgery, and digital workflows throughout so that quality and efficiency are never in tension. Our mission is to create an environment where patients feel heard, valued, and supported, and where dentistry is delivered with compassion, transparency, and clinical excellence.

Why This Seat Is Worth Your Attention

If you have spent your career wishing you could practice the way you know dentistry should be done, this is the part to read closely:

  • Clinical freedom. Treatment plans are driven by what is right for the patient, never by a fee schedule or a contract.
  • Time to do it right. We schedule for thoughtful, comprehensive care, not volume. Quality time with each patient is the model, not the exception.
  • A technology-forward office. CEREC design and milling, in-house 3D printing, guided implant surgery, intraoral scanning, and digital workflows are part of everyday practice here.
  • Genuine mentorship and runway. We are an owner-led private practice not a corporate group. There is real room to expand your scope, your skills, and your role over time.
  • A team that has its act together. Defined values, strong systems, and colleagues who hold the same standard you do.
  • Earnings that reflect the work. Compensation is structured around fee-for-service collections, rewarding the quality and value of the dentistry you produce.
Who We Are Looking For

We want a dentist who wants to be excellent clinically, and as someone patients instinctively trust. The right fit brings:

  • A warm, welcoming, and genuinely personable presence
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Coachability and a real appetite to learn and grow alongside the team
  • Adaptability and composure when the day demands it
  • Outstanding communication the ability to meet patients where they are with honesty and compassion
  • The maturity to give and receive feedback productively
  • A deep, evident commitment to the patient experience
What You Will Do
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging
  • Deliver a full range of general dentistry: cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontic procedures
  • Take on advanced procedures including implant placement, clear aligner therapy, socket preservation, and guided bone regeneration
  • Connect with patients and team members through a steady, reassuring chairside manner
  • Collaborate and communicate respectfully with our current team
  • Educate patients on prevention, maintenance, and post-treatment care that supports long‑term oral health
Our Clinical Environment
  • Practice management software: Eaglesoft

  • CEREC: chairside design and same‑day milling
  • 3D printing: in‑house, fully integrated into our workflows
  • Digital dentistry: intraoral scanning and digital records throughout
