Job summary

Reynolds Mountain Dentistry in Asheville, North Carolina seeks a DDS or DMD with active NC licensure to join a fee-for-service private practice focused on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic imaging

• Take on implant placement, clear aligner therapy, socket preservation, and guided bone regeneration
• Collaborate with team and maintain professional chairside manner
• Educate patients on prevention, maintenance, and post-treatment care

What You Will Do

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging
• Deliver a full range of general dentistry: cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontic procedures
• Take on advanced procedures including implant placement, clear aligner therapy, socket preservation, and guided bone regeneration
• Connect with patients and team members through a steady, reassuring chairside manner
• Collaborate and communicate respectfully with our current team
• Educate patients on prevention, maintenance, and post-treatment care that supports long-term oral health

Experience & Qualifications

• DDS or DMD, with active North Carolina licensure (or eligibility to obtain it)
• Demonstrated proficiency across general dentistry procedures
• Experience in a clinical dental practice and comfort with practice management software (we use Eaglesoft)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with patients while maintaining professionalism and compassion
