Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice insurance.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and maintain patient medical/dental records and radiographs.
• Provide restorative and preventive care and some surgical procedures.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism and pursue ongoing education.
