Job summary

42 North Dental is hiring a Dentist in Needham Heights, MA to manage the full clinical patient experience from exam and treatment planning to delivery of care. In-office specialty services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will diagnose, educate patients, and create treatment plans while maintaining high standards of care. We offer a strong education-support network, mentorship, and competitive compensation within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics
