Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our established practice in Massachusetts. The Dentist will manage the full patient experience from exam to delivery of care, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients, and develop treatment plans while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices through continuing education
