Job summary

42 North Dental invites a Dentist to join our Boston-area practice, delivering comprehensive dental care and patient-centered treatment planning. You will lead the clinical experience from exam to delivery, with access to in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We support ongoing education, mentorship, and collaboration through our network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics
