Job description

Position: Full-Time Dental Assisting Faculty

Harcum College, a progressive and independent college in Bryn Mawr, PA, is seeking a full-time Dental Assisting/EFDA Coordinator. This role involves teaching didactic, lab, pre-clinical, and clinical courses to dental assisting and EFDA students.

Ideal candidates will have experience as a course director, possess CODA accreditation and curriculum development experience, and be proficient in contemporary classroom and clinical technology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Requirements include a BS degree, current CDA and CPR certifications, and at least two years of clinical practice. Two years of teaching dental assisting experience is preferred.
