Evara Health Institute seeks a Dental Assistant instructor in Clearwater, FL to deliver engaging lectures and supervise hands-on labs. You will design materials, coordinate clinical experiences, and assess student progress while guiding career development.

This role supports licensure standards and requires active clinical experience. The position runs Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–10:00pm, with a focus on student success, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with faculty to maintain high program

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dental Assistant program with current licensure or certification as required.
• Minimum of 3 years direct dental assisting experience in clinical settings.
• Active, unrestricted licensure/certification if required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on demonstrations to teach dental assisting concepts.
• Develop and update instructional materials aligned with program objectives.
• Supervise labs, provide feedback on clinical skills, and ensure patient safety.
• Coordinate external clinical experiences and maintain partnerships with sites.
• Assess student performance through exams, projects, and practical evaluations.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to students throughout the program.
• Maintain records for attendance, grades, and accreditation processes.
