Qualifications
- Requires graduation from a Dental Assistant program and/or industry certification/licensure.
- Active, unrestricted industry certification/licensure is required to work in the field.
- Minimum of 3 years of occupational/clinical experience providing direct skills as a Dental Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes instructional methods and technologies to engage students.
- Designs instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with objectives.
- Oversees labs and clinical demonstrations to enhance student proficiency.
- Coordinates clinical experiences and ensures regulatory compliance.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
