This structured program offers one-on-one training with a talented EDDA Training Specialist in a positive, growth, and skills-focused environment. Upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to apply for permanent full-time positions.

Responsibilities
  1. Delight patients and families by creating a kind, gracious, and caring environment.
  2. Deliver clinically excellent dental care through education, quality, and treatment. Assist dentists and hygienists with diagnostics, x-rays, and other tests.
  3. Ensure efficient operations by seeking patient referrals, maintaining equipment, using supplies cost-effectively, and posting charges accurately.
  4. Follow CDC and OSHA safety and infection control guidelines.
  5. Complete clinical notes per guidelines before dismissing patients.
  6. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize and deliver instruments, and assist during procedures.
  7. Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.
  8. Promote a team-first attitude with positive communication and relationships.
Requirements
  • Dental Assistant Certificate / EDDA Certificate / EFDA Certificate
  • Clerical Experience
  • X-Ray Certification
  • CPR Certification
Desirables
  • Additional certifications and experience such as Associate's degree, DANB, OSHA, Dental procedures, and digital tools.
