The Opportunity

• Full-time, paid Surgical Assistant position assisting oral surgeons and prosthodontists in all oral surgery tasks.
• Competitive pay: $24.00-$27.00/hr, based on experience.
• Full-time, 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Assist oral surgeons and prosthodontists with chairside tasks during dental implant surgeries.
• Support procedures involving local anesthesia, nitrous sedation, and IV sedation.
• Pass dental instruments and implant components.
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient care and instructions.
• Prepare materials, take dental x-rays, and assist with infection control.
• Assist with medical clearances, scheduling, supplies, and records management.
• Perform additional duties as required by state regulations.
