First Impressions Dental Assisting is seeking a Dental Sterilization Assistant who is eager to learn and grow in a private practice setting. You’ll work alongside a supportive clinical team to gain hands-on exposure to sterilization, infection control, radiography, and patient care in a real dental office.

Responsibilities

• Sterilize, disinfect, and organize dental instruments following OSHA and CDC guidelines.
• Clean, disinfect, and prepare treatment rooms between patients.
• Take high-quality digital dental radiographs.
• Assist hygienists with periodontal charting.
• Support doctors and clinical team during patient care as needed.
• Stock treatment rooms and maintain clinical supplies.
• Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day.
• Keep the clinical area organized and running smoothly.
• Contribute to an exceptional patient experience by supporting the entire dental team.
