Familia Dental Racine is seeking dedicated individuals to join as Dental Assistants. No certification required as training is provided. You will support the clinical team in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and help deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities include patient greeting, room setup, medical histories, x-rays, sterilization, and patient education, with opportunities for growth and ongoing learning in dental healthcare.

Formación

• Exceptional customer/patient service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and Denticon experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in fast paced, patient-focused environment.
• Detail oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Meet state requirements for DA duties and license; BLS/CPR and radiography certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and escort patients professionally from reception to treatment areas.
• Ensure treatment rooms are stocked and inventory is ordered as needed.
• Take and record patient medical and dental histories and vital signs.
• Document and chart all dental procedures per Dentist’s instructions and legal requirements.
• Take and develop dental diagnostic x-rays.
• Pour and base diagnostic models and fabricate temporary restorations as allowed by state law.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, prepare materials, and assist the Dentist during procedures.
• Educate patients on oral health and hygiene strategies.
• Attend morning huddles and office meetings.
• Follow company policies and state/federal laws for a dental office.
