Job summary

Spear Education, LLC is seeking a Dental Assistant to elevate clinical support during live workshops and production of digital content. You will work closely with top faculty and help ensure flawless course execution, while maintaining equipment and supplies for smooth operations.

We value technical aptitude, attention to detail, and familiarity with OSHA and infection-control standards; weekend availability is required and radiography certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Weekend and evening availability.
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with OSHA/Infection Control standards.
• Experience with CEREC and Sidexis is a plus.
• Radiography Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the right hand to faculty during live hands-on workshops.
• Maintain dental tools and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and arrange repairs.
• Manage and reorder clinical supplies to keep workshops running smoothly.
• Uphold OSHA and HIPAA compliance across training environments.
• Support the setup, breakdown, and logistics for all in-person courses.
• Assist with high-volume production of in-house dental models.
• Assist chairside alongside faculty within the on-site private practice.

We're looking for atech-savvy, detail-oriented Dental Assistantwho thrives in a fast-paced, education-forward setting. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with top-tier faculty, contribute to the production of high-impact digital content, and ensure every course is flawlessly executed.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring
