Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a full-time Dental Assistant for White Center Dental Clinic to assist the dental provider in procedures allowed by the WA State Dental Practice Act. The role includes record keeping for MSDS, spore tests, and inventory management, with opportunities to train new assistants and organize schedules.

Requirements include a valid WA State dental license, BLS, and strong English communication. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid WA State dental license.
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with computers/software used in dental settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist dental provider in restorative, prosthodontics, endodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery and other WA Act–permitted procedures.
• Maintain records for MSDS, perform spore tests and inventory dental supplies.
• Assist in training new Dental Assistants and organize schedules to create checklists for procedures maintenance.
