Job summary

Salt Dental Partners in Indiana is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our patient-centered team. You will greet patients, assist clinicians, take radiographs/impressions/photos, and help prepare and sterilize treatment rooms to ensure smooth visits.

The ideal candidate has an active RDA license, X-ray certification, at least 6 months of experience, and strong communication skills. A CODA-accredited program is preferred, with mentorship and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license and X-ray certification required.
• Minimum 6 months of dental assisting experience.
• CODA-accredited program preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and support patients before, during, and after their appointment.
