Job summary

Qualifications

• Dental assistant registration with TX State Board is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Takes and records patient health history and vital signs; performs radiography and dental lab procedures.
• Assists in preventive, periodontic, restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and oral surgery procedures; records observations and data.
• Maintains clinic order, sterilizes instruments, and manages inventory and logs.

Education

Dental assistant registration must be current with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners
