Responsibilities

• Takes and records patient health history and vital signs; performs radiography.
• Assists in preventive, periodontic, restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and oral surgery procedures.
• Maintains clinic orderliness and sterilization; manages inventory and logs for hazardous materials.
• Operates data entry system to enter and manage patient data, generate reports, and draft routine correspondence.
• Provides administrative support including filing, routing calls, scanning, emailing, and faxing information.
• Manages scheduling, impressions for dental labs, and prosthetic tracking.
• Maintains inventory of dental equipment and ensures compliance with internal controls.
• Performs other duties as required.
