Job summary

Celebrate Dental and Braces - Rio Bravo – Albuquerque is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our family-focused practice in Albuquerque, NM. This on-site role supports dentists during procedures, prepares rooms and instruments, takes X-rays, and maintains patient records with infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).
• BLS certification required.
• X-ray / radiography certification required.
• Experience with Open Dental software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before patient appointments.
• Take and process dental X-rays.
• Perform dental charting and maintain accurate patient records.
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Support a positive patient experience by providing compassionate care.
• Work collaboratively with dentists and team members in a fast-paced clinical environment
