Job summary

OC Dental Specialist in Irvine, CA is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant for a part-time role. You will assist clinicians, prepare and sterilize instruments, and manage patient records using Dentrix. The position offers a supportive environment to grow skills and knowledge.

Open to both new grads and experienced professionals, with pay ranging from $18 to $27 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Flexible scheduling is available to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• License & Certification: Registered dental assistant or Certified dental assistant.
• CPR and BLS certifications are preferred.
• X-ray/Radiography certification required or in process.
• Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide certifications are listed as required/optional.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain equipment.
• Manage patient records and appointments using Dentrix.
• Provide patient care and education for comfort and understanding.
