Job summary

Casscountydentalclinic in Belton and Harrisonville is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a fast-paced, patient‑centered team. You’ll support chairside procedures for children (0–20 years) with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Role can be part-time or full-time, with hours 8 AM–5 PM. Harrisonville duty is Tuesdays and Wednesdays; 1–2 extra Belton days may be added. Full-time includes medical, vision, and dental insurance along with other benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience OR graduation from a dental assisting program.
• CPR certification required or obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance for fillings, endodontic procedures, and crown seats.
• Take and develop diagnostic X-rays as needed.
• Perform dental prophylaxis and sealant placement.
• Maintain strict infection control protocols and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
