Casscountydentalclinic in Belton and Harrisonville is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a fast-paced, patient‑centered team. You’ll support chairside procedures for children (0–20 years) with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Role can be part-time or full-time, with hours 8 AM–5 PM. Harrisonville duty is Tuesdays and Wednesdays; 1–2 extra Belton days may be added. Full-time includes medical, vision, and dental insurance along with other benefits.
We are looking for a dental assistant to round out our energetic & passionate team! The right candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who is comfortable working with patients ages 0-20 years.
While our primary location is in Belton, we need a dental assistant to work in Harrisonville every Tuesday and Wednesday. This opportunity can be either part-time or full-time, based on candidate's needs. In addition to Tuesdays & Wednesdays in Harrisonville, 1-2 additional days are available for this position at our Belton clinic. Full-time employment (4 days per week) would include medical, vision, and dental insurance on top of other listed benefits. Business hours are 8 AM - 5 PM with 1 hour for lunch. Employees may clock in 15 min prior to their 1st patient to prepare for the day.
Required skills include chairside assisting for fillings, pulp/ssc, anterior & premolar endo, and crown prep/seats; diagnostic x-rays; dental prophylaxis; sealant placement; strict adherence to infection control protocols; attention to detail; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; team-player; and willingness to cross-train to help with admin tasks as may be requested from time to time. Familiarity with Carestack and Sota Cloud are a plus! Must have current CPR certification or secure immediately upon hire. Computer skills are a must! Applicants with at least 1 year of dental assisting experience OR graduation from a dental assisting program.
Preference will be given to applicants who are fluent in English & Spanish and those who currently hold nitrous oxide monitoring permit from MO Dental Board.
