ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Prosthodontist Dental Assistant to support advanced dental implant procedures and provide patients with world-class care.

In this full-time role, you will work closely with the Prosthodontist, prepare and sterilize instruments, take radiographs, educate patients, and help manage inventory. This weekday position includes competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements.
• 2+ years of experience in a dental assisting role.
• Experience with dental implants or prosthodontics is desirable.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle dental instruments with precision.
• Calm under pressure and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Comfortable with radiographic equipment and digital dental technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Prosthodontist in advanced dental implant procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment per infection control standards.
• Provide chair-side assistance and anticipate dentist needs.
• Take dental x‑rays and assist with radiographic imaging.
• Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene.
• Support inventory management, lab coordination, and record-keeping.
• Perform office tasks as needed (scheduling, patient reception, record maintenance).
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure exceptional care.

Job Type: Full-Time. Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with the Prosthodontist to assist in advanced dental procedures, particularly dental implant treatments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, ensuring strict infection control standards
• Provide chair-side assistance during procedures, anticipate the dentist’s needs, and keep the treatment area clear and organized
• Make patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
• Take dental x-rays, process radiographs, and assist with radiographic imaging
• Prepare materials for impressions and restorations
• Educate patients on post-operative care and general oral hygiene
• Support the prosthetic team with inventory management, lab coordination, and record-keeping
• Perform office tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments, receiving patients, maintaining records, and ordering supplies
• Collaborate with other clinical staff, including oral surgeons, hygienists, and Patient Education Consultants to ensure exceptional care
• Assist in specialized areas such as oral surgery, periodontics, and prosthodontics

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:

• Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements
• 2+ years of previous experience in a dental assisting role
• Prior experience with dental implants or prosthodontics is highly desirable
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle dental instruments with precision
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Comfortable with radiographic equipment and digital dental technology
