Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Prosthodontist's Dental Assistant to support oral surgeons and prosthodontists during implant procedures while helping patients regain health, confidence, and quality of life.

The role offers full-time hours, a weekday schedule with no weekend shifts, and opportunities for ongoing training through ClearChoice University, with benefits including healthcare and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Prosthodontist or Oral Surgery Assistant is a definite plus.
• Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle surgical instruments with precision.
• Self-starter mentality with focus on patient safety and care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to oral surgeons and prosthodontists during surgical and implant procedures.
• Anticipate clinician needs and maintain an organized treatment area.
• Assist with administration and documentation of local anesthesia, nitrous sedation, and IV sedation procedures.
• Ensure patient comfort and educate them on pre- and post-operative care.
• Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and surgical trays following infection control protocols.
• Take dental x-rays and prepare materials for impressions as directed.
• Assist with medical clearances and patient record management
• Support office operations by scheduling, greeting patients, and managing supplies.

What You’ll Do:

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:
