Pay

• $20 - $25 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
• Commission-Based Incentives: Benefit from incentives based on your contributions to procedures like impression taking, equipment setup, and patient education.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Flexible schedule
• Day shift
• No weekend shifts
• Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7 AM - 4 PM; Wednesday: Closed; Friday: 7 AM - 1 PM.
• Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
• Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
• Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
• Holiday Shifts: Occasional holiday shifts, compensated at double time.

Requirements

• License & Certification: Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental assistant with 3+ years of practice

Certificate For Being RDA with 3 years of Experience

Preferences

• License & Certification: Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
• Proven experience in assisting with a variety of dental procedures, including digital imaging and lab tasks.
• Proficiency in dental practice management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a positive patient experience.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Support:

• Assist the dentist during general, cosmetic, implant, and Invisalign procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms following strict infection control protocols.
• Take and process digital X-rays and other diagnostic imaging, ensuring accurate documentation in patient records.
• Assist with dental impressions and other lab procedures as needed.

Patient Care:

• Welcome patients warmly, help them feel comfortable, and provide clear instructions on treatment and post-operative care.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care measures.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records using practice management software.

Administrative Support:

• Managed patient scheduling, assisted with billing, and ensured efficient front office operations when required.
• Coordinate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and high-quality patient care.
