Gentle Dental Albany is seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant to join a compassionate team. You will assist during pediatric treatments, prepare rooms, and take diagnostic records while maintaining strict infection control and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Assisting Program.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist during patient treatment and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for patient care.
• Take diagnostic records, including impressions, photographs, and radiographs as permitted by state regulations.
• Provide exceptional patient care and education throughout treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Support a positive patient experience by creating a welcoming and professional environment.
• Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure efficient office operations.

$23.00-$26.00 per hour/DOE
