Job summary

Dental Depot in Oklahoma City is hiring a Dental Assistant to support chairside procedures, patient prep, and post-treatment instructions. You will document treatments in Eaglesoft and help with radiology and inventory tasks.

A high school diploma or GED is required along with a Dental Assisting program or 1 year experience, CPR and X-ray certifications, and a current dental assisting permit. HIPAA knowledge and CDT familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Dental Assisting Program or minimum one year experience as a Dental Assistant.
• CPR Certification and X-Ray Certification required.
• Current Dental Assisting Permit required and Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Familiarity with CDT codes and infection-control policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient, sterilize instruments, and set up trays.
• Assist Dentist during dental procedures and manage emergencies.
• Record treatment in Eaglesoft and maintain patient records.
• Expose dental X-rays and care for radiology equipment.
• Maintain inventory and assist with safety policies.
