Job summary

Bright Now! Dental in Roseville, CA seeks a Dental Assistant to work closely with our Dentist and support patient care. Responsibilities include room setup, instrument sterilization, taking X-rays, patient education, and front-office tasks as needed.

Qualifications require CPR or BLS certification and an X-ray license. Compensation ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, with benefits and PTO offered. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Must have certs to be hired: CPR or BLS
• X-ray license required

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and ensuring patient comfort
• Take and develop X-rays as needed
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations
• Assist with front office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments, if needed
