Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a friendly and professional dental assistant to join our clinical team in East Harwich, MA. You will greet patients, prepare treatment rooms, and support GPs and specialists to ensure smooth, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include patient education on oral hygiene, assisting with procedures, and maintaining sterile environments in compliance with OSHA/HIPAA standards. Current state credentialing and CPR/BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
