Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a dental office support professional to join the clinical team, greeting patients, guiding them, and assisting across the office as needed. You’ll work with GPs and Specialty Clinicians to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities include preparing patients and treatment rooms, educating patients on oral hygiene, and supporting the practice's mission to deliver Smiles For Everyone. CPR/BLS and state credentialing required.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
