Job summary

Pediatric Dentistry Of Teaneck is hiring a Dental Assistant for a part-time role on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at our Teaneck, NJ on-site practice. You will support clinical and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth, patient-friendly experience.

Duties include chairside dental assistance, taking digital X-rays, infection control, stock management, and helping educate kids and families on oral health; HS diploma required, 1+ year experience preferred, X-ray license preferred, Dentrix

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dental assisting (Required)
• X-ray license (preferred)
• Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software (preferred)
• Friendly, reliable, and organized
• Comfortable in both clinical and administrative settings

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists chairside during exams and procedures
• Take digital X-rays, set up trays, and maintain infection control
• Educate kids and parents on oral hygiene and treatment plans
• Stock rooms and perform light equipment maintenance
• Support hygienists as needed

Schedule

• Part-Time | Mondays, Wednesdays, & Friday | 9:0 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-site at our Teaneck, NJ location
• Some schedule flexibility may be required based on patient flow

Your Role
