Salt Dental Partners in Phoenix is seeking an orthodontic dental assistant to join a patient-centered practice that values teamwork and excellent care.

You will greet patients, assist the orthodontist, take impressions and radiographs, and help maintain a sterile, inviting treatment room. The role emphasizes precise work, strong communication, and a collaborative environment with doctors and staff for a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Active license/registration to practice as a dental assistant, as required by your state.
  • 6+ months of experience as an orthodontic assistant.
  • Completion of a CODA accredited dental assisting program (preferred).
  • Proficiency fitting bands and brackets, tying arch wires, and taking impressions.
  • Punctual, professional, and a strong team player.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.
