Job summary

Salt Dental Partners is looking for an orthodontic assistant in Norman, OK to support patients before, during, and after appointments and assist the orthodontist with treatment planning. The role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and strong communication in a modern practice.

Responsibilities include taking radiographs, preparing rooms, charting records, and assisting with orthodontic procedures. Occasional travel to other offices may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as an orthodontic assistant.
• CODA-accredited dental assisting program is preferred.
• Proficiency fitting bands and brackets, tying arch wires, and taking impressions.
• Punctual, professional, and a strong team player.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.
