Job summary

Elite Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Assistant - Oral Surgery who shares our passion for patient care and education, as well as creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include chair-side support for Oral Surgeons, X-ray processing, patient education, and maintaining a clean, efficient operatory. We offer growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting an Oral Surgeon preferred.
• Completion of a dental assisting program or equivalent.
• Radiology certification required by the State Board.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with dental software; Dentrix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side clinical support to Oral Surgeons and charting.
• Deliver a superior patient experience at each visit.
• Take and process X-Rays and maintain patient files.
• Sterilize equipment and operatories between patients.
• Educate patients on oral health importance and maintenance.

We are seeking a Dental Assistant - Oral Surgery that shares our passion for patient care and education, as well as creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side clinical support to Oral Surgeons by charting, patient education, operatory set-up and clean-up
• Deliver a superior patient experience at all phases of their appointment
• Take and process X-Rays
• Enter patient treatment plans and maintain files
• Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories
• Educate patients on the importance of their oral health and how it is best maintained

Qualifications

• Experience assisting an Oral Surgeon preferred
• Completion of a dental assisting program, certification as required by the State Dental Board
• Radiology certification required to be compliant with the State Dental Board
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with a dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to partnering with all team members to create a great environment
