Job summary

Elite Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Assistant who shares a passion for patient care and education, and for creating a welcoming environment. You will support Dentists and Hygienists with charting, education, and operatory setup while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The role requires completing a dental assisting program and radiology certification, with preferred experience in dental offices.

Qualifications

• Must complete dental assisting program and hold radiology certification as required by state.
• Dental assisting experience is preferred.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to create a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side clinical support to Dentists and Hygienists, including charting, patient education, and operatory setup/cleanup.
• Deliver a superior patient experience at all phases of the appointment.
• Take and process X-Rays.
• Enter patient treatment plans and maintain files.
• Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories.
• Educate patients on oral health and maintenance.

We are seeking a Dental Assistant that shares our passion for patient care and education, as well as creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• - Provide chair-side clinical support to Dentists and Hygienists by charting, patient education, operatory set-up and clean-up
• - Deliver a superior patient experience at all phases of their appointment
• - Take and process X-Rays
• - Enter patient treatment plans and maintain files
• - Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories
• - Educate patients on the importance of their oral health and how it is best maintained

Qualifications

• - Completion of a dental assisting program, certification as required by the State Dental Board
• - Radiology certification required to be compliant with the State Dental Board
• - Dental assisting experience preferred
• - Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• - Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with a dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred
• - Excellent communication skills and a commitment to partnering with all team members to create a great environment
