Job summary

Woodland Park Dental Group in Woodland Park, CO is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or EDDA to join our family practice full-time. You will work Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-5:15pm, with a four-day week and a competitive hourly rate plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant in general dentistry.
• X-Ray Certification required.
• Active CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Dental Assistant and EDDA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Genuinely welcome patients into the practice.
• A thorough review and update of the patient's health history.
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory.
• Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations.
• Assist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry.
• Place fillings, fabricate temp crowns, pack cord and seat temp crowns.
• Assist with ordering and stocking supplies.
