Job summary

Kip Dental in Littleton, CO is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or EDDA to join our full-time team. You will support the dentist chairside, manage patient health histories, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for patients.

The role offers a 4‑day workweek, competitive pay range of $24–$30 per hour, monthly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401k matching, and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant or EDDA.
• Certified Dental Assistant and EDDA preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS Certification or willing to obtain.
• X-Ray Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Review and update the patient health history.
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies for each operatory.
• Sterilize instruments per OSHA regulations.
• Assist the dentist chairside with four‑handed dentistry.
• Provide post-operative care instructions.
• Assist with ordering and stocking supplies.

Compensation:$24-$30/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance
