Job summary

Advantage Dental Group is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or EDDA to join our team full-time, Tuesday-Friday, 7:45am-5:15pm. The role includes patient care, chairside assistance, and keeping the operatory equipped and sterilized.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22-$28, monthly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401k match, disability coverage and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant or EDDA.
• Certified Dental Assistant preferred; EDDA experience preferred.
• Active CPR or willing to obtain; X-Ray Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Review and update patient health history.
• Set up instruments, equipment, and supplies for each operatory.
• Sterilize instruments per OSHA regulations; assist dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry.

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 7:45am-5:15pm

Compensation: $22-$28/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities:

• A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory
• Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulationsAssist the dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry
• Provide post-operative care instructions
• Assist with ordering and stocking supplies

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant or EDDA
• Certified Dental Assistant preferred
• EDDA experience preferred
• Active CPR or willing to obtain
• X-Ray Certification
