Dentologie in Chicago is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver quality patient care in a busy practice.

This full-time role includes managing instruments, sterilization, radiographs, intra-oral scans, and helping with a range of dental services from restorative to ortho. Join a team with a balanced schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, customer service & written communication skills.
• Experience in dental assisting and patient coordination preferred.
• Proficient in taking dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across dental services including restorative, ortho, pediatric, endo, periodontics, prosthodontics and OS.
• Prepare instruments and materials for dentist procedures.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment and operatories after treatment.
• Pass dental instruments during 4-handed dentistry.
• Instruct patients on pre- and post-operative procedures and provide oral health education.
• Maintain treatment records and chart existing/restored treatments.

The Andersonville Dentologie dental practice is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to provide outstanding patient care!

Schedule: As a full-time employee, we would ask that you are comfortable working Monday-Friday, 5 shifts per week ( including 3 morning and 2 evening shifts ).

Perform a variety of patient care, office and laboratory duties.

Prepares instruments and materials for the dentist for upcoming procedures.

Provide direct patient care in all dental services, including restorative, ortho, pediatric, endo, periodontics, prosthodontics and OS.

Passes dental instruments between provider and assistant (4-handed dentistry).

Sterilize & disinfect instruments, equipment and operatories post treatment.

Instruct patients on pre- and post-operative procedures and provide oral health education.

Proficient in obtaining dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos.

Keep treatment records such as charting existing restorations as well as planned treatment.
