Qualifications

• Experience in dental assisting and patient care.
• Ability to sterilize & disinfect instruments.
• Proficient in radiographs and intra-oral scans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare instruments and materials for dentist procedures.
• Pass instruments between provider and assistant (4-handed dentistry).
• Sterilize & disinfect instruments, equipment and operatories.
• Instruct patients on pre- and post-operative procedures.
• Keep treatment records and charting.
• Provide patient education on oral health.
• Proficient in obtaining dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos.
