Cascades One Dental in Centreville, VA is hiring a Dental Assistant to join a modern, patient-focused practice. The role supports the doctor across procedures, prepares rooms, handles X-rays and scans, and ensures a smooth patient experience.

The team emphasizes growth, collaboration, and technology-enabled care. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental assisting, Virginia Dental Radiation Certification, and CPR.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Virginia Dental Radiation Certification required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assistance with four-handed dentistry.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral images.
• Perform iTero and Medit digital scans.
• Assist with restorative, crown/bridge, implants and oral surgery.
• Fabricate temporary crowns and provisionals.
• Review treatment plans and educate patients; maintain records.
• Support a positive patient experience and clinical team.
