PDS Health is hiring for an entry-level Dental Assistant opportunity. You will learn basic dental assisting tasks under the supervision of a licensed dentist and participate in delivering an excellent patient experience.

There is emphasis on infection control, charting, radiographs, and patient education. The role supports team members and requires compliance with applicable regulations. Salary is $15.25–$21.25 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• No prior dental experience is required.
• Customer services experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Learn and perform basic dental assisting functions under supervision.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience during visits.
• Learn infection control procedures for sterilization and operatory cleaning.
• Assist with radiographs and intra-oral imaging after safety requirements are met.
• Prepare for patient care procedures and provide chairside support.
• Instruct patients on postoperative and oral health care as directed.
• Record patient charts and treatment notes in the digital system.
• Present treatment records, consents and health history to the dentist.
• Maintain compliance with State, Federal and other regulations.
