Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a fast-growing, clinician-led team dedicated to patient-centered care. You will assist with a wide range of procedures, take dental x-rays, prepare and break down operatories, and support efficient patient flow in a busy practice.

This role requires an active RDA license and CPR certification, with 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience. DeNovo offices may require travel.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a smile and provide warm, professional service.
• Assist dentists with all procedures and move smoothly between operatories.
• Take dental x-rays with accuracy to support diagnoses and treatment planning.
• Prepare and break down operatories, maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Sterilize instruments and ensure infection control standards are met.
• Educate patients on oral health and post-visit care.
• Record medical history and chart treatments as directed.
• Support patient flow and transitions throughout visits.
