Dental Assistant - Instructor - Mornings - M-F

Join us at Ross Education as a Dental Assistant - Instructor - Mornings - M-F to make a difference in students' lives and the healthcare community.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Dental Assistants to become fully trained instructors for year-round morning classes (9-23 hours/week) and evening classes, serving as Primary Scheduled Instructors or secondary instructors for teaching assistants and substitutes. Classes operate throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Dental Assisting classroom with 10-20 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Deliver lectures and demonstrations based on Ross's curriculum and lesson plans.
• Conduct class sessions lasting 4.5 hours, available in day or evening schedules.
• Work part-time, typically 9-18 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the field with a national certification (RDA from AMT or CDA from DANB), or 5+ years of experience with certification if formal education is unavailable.
