Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

Instructional Duties:

• Inspire and instruct classes, preparing engaging lesson plans.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Utilize learning management systems and ensure class sessions meet duration requirements.

Student Interaction:

• Cultivate a positive classroom environment.
• Lead by example, maintain professionalism, and provide feedback.
• Manage student records, grades, and attendance.
• Support student retention, tutoring, and advising.

Outside Classroom Duties:

• Handle administrative tasks, participate in faculty development, and engage in campus activities.
• Assist in inventory, equipment maintenance, and campus culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus a relevant postsecondary certificate.
• At least 3 years of recent practical experience in dental assisting.
• Registered Dental Assistant license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
