Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist with treatment of inmates/residents by setting up instruments and preparing impressions and fillings.
• Sterilize dental unit and instruments after each treatment and prepare for next patient.
• Control medication, syringes and dental supplies; inventory as required.
• Keep equipment and work area clean using sanitation methods.
• Review dental services to prevent misuse or duplication of services.
• Review inmate/resident status for completion of treatments and services.
